How can I become a customer of Royal Bakers, LLC?

If you are interested in receiving any of the great products Royal Bakers has to offer please contact our Sales Representative via phone, fax or email.  All current contact information can be found on our “Contact Us” page.  A representative will visit with you to determine your needs and you will be asked to complete a credit application.  Once the application process is complete and has been approved you will work with your sales team and customer service representative to place your first order.

What are Royal Bakers office hours?

Our office is staffed Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm.
Voicemail messages are checked frequently after stated hours Monday - Friday.

How can I place an order?

There are several ways an order can be placed.

  2. Email your order to:

A custom order form can be created for you based on the items you typically purchase. We find this to be the most efficient and accurate way to place orders.

What is the deadline to place an order?

  • Orders for products coming from a bakery requiring 24 hours notice must be phoned in, faxed, or emailed by 2:00 pm Monday – Friday.
  • Orders for products coming from a bakery requiring 48 hours notice must be phoned in, faxed, or emailed by 2:00 pm Monday – Friday 48 hours prior to requested delivery day. Example: For a Wednesday delivery, orders must be placed by 2:00 pm Monday.
  • These deadlines are imposed on Royal Bakers by the bakeries so that they have time to prepare for the night’s orders.

It’s after the order cut-off time and I just realized I need to add to my order, what can I do?

Call Customer Service.  We will place a late order with the bakery/bakeries.  Although we will do everything within our power to place the order, we cannot guarantee the bakery will be able to fill the late order.  Some bakeries are better than others at filling late orders due to their office hours and baking schedules.

Can I place a standing order?

Standing orders are highly recommended.  At the very least place a standing order for a minimum amount. That way if you forget to place and order you will have something coming. Its easy to change the order at anytime via email or a call to customer service. An order can be placed for as many days as needed or indefinitely.  You will receive an automatic delivery based on the orders you gave us.  Changes can be made following regular ordering procedures.  Please keep in mind that if at any time you do not want to receive your order or need to change it, due to a slow period or holiday, it is your responsibility to contact Royal Bakers to cancel or change the order. 

Will my deliveries be affected by any holidays?

We deliver 364 days a year. The only day Royal Bakers does not deliver is Christmas. 

Will order placement deadlines be affected by holidays?

Yes.  There will be some rescheduling of order deadlines for major holidays.  The day of the week the holiday falls on and the bakeries’ holiday hours will determine how the deadlines are rescheduled.  Royal Bakers will always send out a flyer to notify customers of these changes.

What do I do if I am short an item on my order or something came in damaged?

Any shortages or damaged product must be reported before noon the same day of delivery.  Call Customer Service at 203.403.2515, option 1 or fax the information to 203.403.2519 or email us.

Who do I speak to about delivery problems or issues?

Contact your Customer Service Representative to discuss any problems regarding deliveries.  They will work quickly to resolve any issues.
