Iggy’s is owned and operated by a husband and wife team that met when they worked together at Eli’s in the early 1990s. They now have a 33,000 square foot bakery in Cambridge, MA with state of the art European equipment that replicates the brick ovens and dough kneading equipment of days gone by. The ingredients are always all natural, never chemically treated and organic when possible. Their mission is to keep prices as low as possible so everyone can enjoy the bread’s outstanding flavor and beautiful presentation.
Iggy’s offers four basic doughs: country sourdough, whole wheat sourdough, francese and seedless white rye. Each dough is available in different shapes, including baguettes and ficelles, boules, loaves, Pullmans, dinner rolls, sandwich rolls and foccacia.
This bakery requires that orders be placed 48 hours prior to requested delivery.
