Ultra-Thin pizza shells and flatbreads are known as the premier culinary canvass for the creative chef which started with a northern Italian family recipe.  For years, family and friends enjoyed the phenomenal flavor and quality of  Papa Salamone’s ultra-thin pizza shells.  In 1996, Joseph Salamone’s grandchild, Doug Bronsky, along with business partner, Cherise Kramer, decided to share the great family tradition with the culinary world, and in Long Island, New York, the Ultra-Thin Ready to Bake Pizza Shell Company was founded.

Ultra-Thin pizza shells are the thinnest, most tender, exceptionally crispy and flavorsome flatbread around.  Ultra-Thin offers a unique, consistent, and desired product to customers who desire high-quality, ease-of-use products on their menus without the hassle of scratch preparations, costly equipment, additional kitchen space, labor and training.
